Martial Arts

Learn the are of Wing Tsun which is a Southern Chinese style martial art/kung fu.

This style is known for its close-range combat, efficient movements and emphasis on center line control. It focuses on underlying principles that lead each technique. 

Wing Tsun emphasises simultaneous attack and defence, using an opponent’s force against them, and developing tactile sensitivity.

Today, medical herbalism integrates traditional knowledge with contemporary biomedical understanding, offering individualized treatments that emphasize whole-plant synergy, prevention, and the restoration of balance within the body.

WHAT CAN HERBALISM TREAT?
