Welcome to ZenaChi Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (zenachi.com), our booking services, and any products purchased through our online shop. By accessing our website, making a booking, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

ZenaChi Studio (“ZenaChi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a holistic wellness studio operating as a trading name, based at Block 3, Stratford Office Park, Cnr Cedar & Valley Road, Broadacres, 2055, Johannesburg, South Africa. You can contact us at zen@zenachi.com or 084 701 3728.

2. Services & Bookings

ZenaChi offers holistic wellness services including, but not limited to, massage, yoga, movement classes, bodywork, energy healing, herbalism and ceremonial practices, delivered by our team of independent practitioners.

When you make a booking through our website, you are entering into an agreement to attend the session at the scheduled date and time. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Certain sessions may require approval by the practitioner before they are confirmed.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required before a session may be booked, to allow practitioners adequate preparation time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings or orders already confirmed.

Payment may be made online via our secure payment gateway or in person at the studio, where that option is offered. Online card payments are processed securely by Payfast. ZenaChi does not store your card details.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on cancelling or rescheduling a booking.

5. Products & Shop

Where ZenaChi offers products for sale through the online shop, we make every effort to display product descriptions, images and prices as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale.

Returns and refunds for products are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Products purchased through our shop are delivered within South Africa via our nominated courier partners. Delivery timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. ZenaChi is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our services and products are intended to support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or before beginning any new wellness practice. You attend sessions and use our products at your own discretion and responsibility.

8. Practitioner Independence

Our practitioners are independent professionals responsible for the delivery of their own services. While ZenaChi curates and hosts these practitioners, each remains individually responsible for their professional conduct and the services they provide.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of ZenaChi Studio or its contributors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenaChi Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Information collected during booking or checkout is used solely to fulfil your booking or order and to communicate with you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
